Here is another shot from my hike with Napa Land Trust. These yellow flowers were about the size of peas. There were many wildflowers, but they were hard to photograph since I do not have a macro lens.

We are a small town (by California standards) of 74,966 located 45 miles NE of San Francisco and are known world wide as one of the top premium wine regions of the world with about 340 wineries in the Napa Valley. love those patches of yellow on fields of green, KT! Maybe not quite as much as I love a patch of canvas against a bright blue sky, but close :)
