The Center for Wine Food and Arts known as COPIA abruptly closed its doors on Monday. They are seeking chapter 11 and owe millions to vendors all over the U.S. To read more about what COPIA was click here.
Thank you, Kt, for the post and link about Copia. Was aware of it through the media, but didn't really know much about it. Sad to hear that such a grand idea was so short lived. Especially with the Mondavi family involved. Perhaps the concept will bloom again in Napa in coming years.
